ARV + CRISPR.....in 29 mice. Rationale makes sense.
I'll have to find the full publication but to be blunt, Nat Comm papers tend to be boarder line reproducible. 29 mice is insignificant and were probably genetically modified as well in some capacity. Figure 3-7 years at best before human trials given what it takes to get through the FDA to do a phase 1 trial.
