It already was - this virus just tipped over the apple cart and let reality take over. China holds all of our debt and is selling off the bonds driving down the market while it raises money to rebuild. Sort of like kicking the dog after a bus ran over it.

We let a communist country beat us are our own game called capitalism. The American people wanted cheap, they got and now it's going to bit them in the ***.

But the democrats are going to save us from the Apocalypse, Right

A lot of collages, businesses,,leaders, lending institutions and every other person alive better take a deep long look into the mirror. This whole thing is not about a virus. It's about a financial failure. We hit the iceberg. Every action know is just a deck chair thrown overboard. It wont help for sheet. When it's over a lot of politicians should be tried for treason.

Can't disagree except you have to go back in time a bit to get all of the responsible parties.

If a guy can be fired for a black face photo taken 25 years before he was elected. we can try them for crimes against the country committed 25 years ago. Some news medias are claiming senators sold stock hours after a feb 13th corona virus meeting. I'd start with them. They'll squeal. If they don't. hang em of the Woodrow Wilson bridge. If they still won't speak. Raise bridge up.

Good luck. Not a single person was prosecuted for the 2008 disaster......

Burr from NC dumped his stock after that meeting.

Four senators sold stocks shortly after a January briefing in the Senate on the novel coronavirus outbreak, unloading shares that plummeted in value a month later as the stock market crashed in the face of a global pandemic.

According to financial disclosure forms, Sens. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.), James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Richard Burr (R-N.C.) each sold hundreds of thousands of dollars in stocks within days of the Senate holding a classified briefing on Jan. 24 with Trump administration

I came darn close to calling my investment broker and selling some more of my investments in February. I could see this coming so I imagine other did also. But I had already sold a lot last November so I decided to hang on.

Good luck on hanging Dianne Feinstein. Not going to happen......

The Banksters were slick, and they had guys like Paulson and others on the inside. The SEC, a shill organization if there ever was one, won't lay a hand on these guys; well maybe Feinstein, she's a democrat.

I see Tom Barrack, Trump's buddy, bleeding all over the floor about how the commercial mortgage business, one he's got a significant stake in, is "about to collapse". Suddenly he's a socialist, looking for a government handout.

Or Loeffler......but Burr is really looking bad - think he sold his entire net worth - $1.7 million.

Hilarious. All the guys that were screaming against socialism are lining up as fast as they can for a government handout.

If we can have a gofundme page for building a wall. then we can have one to fire everybody. No party lines. fire everybody. if this country is going to be in the tank by Dec. then lets have rookies dig us out. not the same old same old. Nothing to lose at this point.
