A non goverment developer is building big 2,000 sq. ft. beautiful single family houses near me the sign says starts at $500,000. And the goverment ones cost more for a whole lot less.
They already are letting criminals out early. And prop. 47 a few years ago most crimes under $950 nothing happens to you.
And recently no bail, one guy got arrested and released 3 times in the same day.
I live on the outskirts of LA.
City, county and state are totally run buy the far left. There is no hope for any change, Republicans are by far in the minority.

What is a unit? A single family home? or a multi family complex. I have no answers for our country's homeless problem. Is it a choice,disease, or bad decision? They all lead to living on the streets. I know people get tired of throwing good money after bad.

The unit as described is a condominium. Within the condo are units/apartments. maybe 1 or 2 bedroom. Dividing the number of unit/apartments into the total cost of the condo came out to over $500.000 per unit/apartment.

This is California. Some of the most expensive property and building cost in the country.. They will never have enough money to provide housing for all the homeless and the numbers keep going up.
