No. The South Penn was never completed - Blue Ridge Summit - probably Western Maryland.

I agree...looks like the WM right-of-way running between the stations at Highfield and Blue Ridge Summit.

The Blue Mountain House must have been something:

That church's exterior almost looks like form-stone, but 1909 would be too early for that, wouldn't it? I guess it could be some sort of cut-stone masonry. Do you know if that building is still standing?

Yes, probably cut/formed stone and no idea if it's still there - found 2 other churches, both brick, but not that one - Google maps doesn't let me look everywhere, :lol:
