2026 celebrates 100 years of O scale model trains and the NYSME (New York Society of Model Engineers )

March 1926 NYSME was formed ... first public open house Feb 1928 with a loop of O scale ... each following year bigger and better by 1938 over 20,000 attended their open house over the 2 week period.
