I would love to say that Rozie or Tiffany once purchased a Milwaukee Sawzall for me on my birthday. I can see it now, a beautiful image of the Sawzall in the forground with a blurry birthday cake (with much boucan) in the background on my workbench. A subsequent image with me, hugging them, teary eyed, with an E-3 Shovelnose on the upper level in the background.

Regrettably, it's never happened.

San, I happen to own a Milwaukee Super Sawzall, and I'm here to tell ya', that tool's an animal. I never bent so many blades in my life. With a full 1" occillating stroke, it'll hit stuff you don't really want to when workin' in a tight spot, and when that blade hits, it kicks back like a .44 Magnum. If I had it to do over, I'd just get the regular Milwaukee with the 3/4" stroke, or maybe the Porter Cable Tiger Saw.

I have the Super Sawzall. It kicks like a mule when it hits a nail or you witlessly slice though conduit. I ended up buying it for myself after too many shirts and ties (I wear levis or shorts, and a sweatshirt to my job, not exactly your executive image). There is a rheostat that controls power on the Sawzall and one can set it appropriately for the job. Like when up on a ladder chopping down buds on a date palm. As with any tool, it deserves respect and caution.

Telephone conversations with Petey are well into "old friends" status. As well as conversations with a number of other hobos, and even a meet with Wayne and his wonderful wife up in LA at the beautiful Union Station there.
