Barack Obama also gave $400 million to the opponent of Benjamin Netanahu in Israel, to help overthrow the government of our best and closest ally in the Mid-East. Wonder where he got that money? I don't think a community street organizer could come up with that kind of cash.

Perhaps, it's similar to everyday real-life, when we are making friends. We try a bit of this or that, see how far we can go, learn the limits, take a chance, watch for connections, and hope for the best. Some people are worth it. Some are worth the effort. Others, we know are best left alone, or kept at a minimum.

Well Rufus, you have a Doctorate, yet by your own words, there are no credentials from which to espouse an opinion. Therefore, I'll never believe anything you say anymore. Further, after 30 years in automotive repair, ASE Master Auto Technician, and countless factory schools with formerly Chrysler Gold Technician status, I know absolutely nothing about a vehicle and will therefore never espouse an opinion or repair again. So now we just shoot the breeze for fun of it, liars be damned!

That is not what I stated - you have misread or misconstrued who posted what words above.

I asked what the credentials were; so far, no one has been able or willing to answer the question.

I was curious as to what was thought by others here and why they thought some folks were not allowed their opinions, and then who was.....

I can see that I have wasted my time.

At least I have done that in the appropriately title thread that defines time wasting activity in the extreme.

It's what we do on here; waste time. For me, it's 'cause I have nothing better to do at night when I get home from work late, so I come on here to read and opine with friends. There is really no benefit; just a little peace of mind. Let us continue.

Waite, can you tell me why my heater core takes 12 hours to replace? 1996 dodge Dakota. Better yet. Is there a good heater core to use then an after market one? Local dealer told me i'm sol on a factory one. He claims factory ones are now cheap overseas/Mexico knock offs.

Sincerity might be a good start. Add to that a strong motivation to do no harm, to be of assistance when possible, and to have the ability to actually enjoy another person's company, and to be pleasant in return, all may qualify as "credentials." If an open mind can be added as an icing to sweeten the whole self-presentation , then one might be blessed with good company and occasionally qualified to venture an opinion.

However, even expressing that opinion might be presumptuous .
