What kind of people are these? They have a desire to break our laws and have demanded transportation to aid them in committing a crime.

It always amazes (and amuses me), that people who are not US-Citizens, and do not live in the USA believe they have rights under the US Constitution.

Apparently they are not Desperate enough because Mexico offered them asylum,medical care and jobs if they would stay in southern Mexico and they turned it down.

I know what I would do if I were president. (this is why I can't be president) I would tell all of them to head for the border with California and when all of you get there I will open the border for you and you can flood into Calif. Why not, it won't be long before Calif will be part of Mexico again.

Calif has a very good welfare and medicare system to help these folks. And if they need more money for it they can shift the burden over to big business like Apple, facebook, amazon and google. And I am sure the Hollywood elite will help out.

I thought it was state wide but it was only San Francisco but I expect Los Angeles will be next. They have a lot more homeless than San Francisco. State wide estimate is 114,000.

TIJUANA, Mexico (AP) — Hundreds of Tijuana residents congregated around a monument in an affluent section of the city south of California on Sunday to protest the thousands of Central American migrants who have arrived via caravan in hopes of a new life in the U.S.

On Sunday, displeased Tijuana residents waved Mexican flags, sang the Mexican national anthem and chanted "Out! Out!" in front of a statue of the Aztec ruler Cuauhtemoc, 1 mile (1.6 kilometers) from the U.S. border. They accused the migrants of being messy, ungrateful and a danger to Tijuana. They also complained about how the caravan forced its way into Mexico, calling it an "invasion." And they voiced worries that their taxes might be spent to care for the group.

"We don't want them in Tijuana," protesters shouted.

Juana Rodriguez, a housewife, said the government needs to conduct background checks on the migrants to make sure they don't have criminal records.

A woman who gave her name as Paloma lambasted the migrants, who she said came to Mexico in search of handouts. "Let their government take care of them," she told video reporters covering the protest.

Either Thursday or Friday on the news, it showed a lady in Mexico (maybe Tijuana) serving migrants from a food line and she stated through the interpreter that they should all stay in Mexico. She was a migrant from Central America herself and said maybe you won't become millionaires in Mexico, but you can have a good life.

76 of the 400 1st arrivals, who were bussed in by an unnamed source, are claiming to be LGBTQ and persecuted in their country and also by members of the caravan.

This is sure to end up badly, unless they are allowed to enter and that to me is absolute madness. Secure our borders.

California is where they all want to go. They have the best welfare and Medicaid in the country. Calif will give them all drivers license so they can vote for the democrats that will provide more for them. And Calif can pass more legislation to get the billion dollar companies to pay for it. But they are going to need a place to stay.

The LA coliseum would be the perfect place. Football is almost over with. Plenty of restroom facilities and showers. Food facilities to feed them. California is a sanctuary state so they don't have to worry about being deported even if they are criminals. Senator Kamala Harris of California is working to abolish ICE because she says they are like the KKK.

Very true, remember Cesar Chavez who founded the National Farm Workers Association (NFWA) with Dolores Huerta. It was later called the United Farm Workers (UFW).
