Either way. It's as funny as it is creepy.

Given Jeffery = creepy

My mother would say " you're as creepy as the friend you keep." I would reply " thanks for reminding me. Can you feed Fred tonight? I forgot to throw his food into the basement"
I spend entirely too many hours a day tying my shoes

There’s no shortage of conservatives who would be quite happy to introduce legal actions on the issues you raise if they were real. The Clintons were never indicted much less convicted of the things conservatives charge them with. Trump will certainly be indicted.

Can you show the words from trumps speech. The words that say go to the capitol and cause a riot?

Of course not. Neil suffers from convenient amnesia and it’s only his news resources that are reliable. All others are right wing conspiracy theorists radicals. Even though you can tell by his posts that he’s never viewed Fox a day in his life.

National Guard: President Biden apologises over troops sleeping in car park
https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-55775517

Apparently it was one big A$$ false alarm. More than 25,000 troops.

President Joe Biden has apologised after some members of the National Guard stationed at the US Capitol were pictured sleeping in a car park.

More than 25,000 troops were deployed to Washington DC for his inauguration after violence earlier this month.

Images spread on Thursday showing them forced to rest in a nearby parking garage after lawmakers returned.

The conditions sparked anger among politicians, and some state governors recalled troops over the controversy.

Mr Biden called the chief of the National Guard Bureau on Friday to apologise and ask what could be done, according to US media reports.

First Lady Jill Biden also visited some of the troops to thank them personally, bringing biscuits from the White House as a gift.

Even while they were posted at the US Capitol, many troops were seen sleeping on the floor

Biden says 'nothing we can do' to change pandemic 'trajectory' in coming months
US death toll 'expected to reach well over 600,000'
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden- ... ing-months

President Biden provided a grim outlook about the country’s ability to combat the coronavirus pandemic Friday while calling on Congress to move forward with additional stimulus relief measures.

Biden addressed his administration’s response efforts during a press briefing on two executive orders meant to provide food assistance to low-income families and protect workers’ rights during the pandemic. Days after the US surpassed 400,000 deaths related to COVID-19, the president warned the country had little ability in the near term to prevent spiking case totals.

"If we fail to act, there will be a wave of evictions and foreclosures in the coming months as this pandemic rages on because there’s nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months," Biden said.

Biden had pledged efforts to jumpstart the US economy and provide aid to struggling Americans would be his top priority upon entering the Oval Office. The two executive orders Friday followed 10 other actions related to the pandemic he signed the previous day, including a mandate requiring masks to be worn on federal land.

The president faced some pushback over his remarks on the pandemic’s trajectory. Critics, including former Michigan Rep. Justin Amash, pointed out that coronavirus-related restrictions imposed in several states were meant to "flatten the curve."

"Haven’t we been told for months that restrictions and mandates were necessary to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months?" Amash wrote on Twitter.

Biden said the country’s death toll was "expected to reach well over 600,000." The president reiterated his call for Congress on his "American Rescue Plan," a $1.9 trillion aid package that includes $1,400 direct payments to Americans, enhanced unemployment benefits, and federal aid for state and local governments.

"The American Rescue Plan asks Congress to provide rental assistance for millions of hard-hit families and tenants," Biden said. "This will also be a bridge to economic recovery for countless mom-and-pop landlords who can’t afford not to have the rent."

What Biden does not understand is that the democrat congress is going to be to busy with the impeachment to help the American people.

That is not required to meet the legal requirement of "sedition" or inciting insurrection, as we are about to find out, when probably 50-55 senators, or perhaps more, vote to retroactively remove him from office, and if that happens, vote by simple majority that he can never hold office again. We will see, but encouraging insurrection (attempts to overthrow the government) is easily demonstrated from his actions, much less his words.

While Nero (Biden) fiddled. Rome burnt.

Biden can either lead or sit back and watch the country burn.

Actually that was the McConnell's excuse to just about everything whenever anybody of any party wanted to get anything done.

And, the House is essentially done with its part of this action.

That anybody thinks that the Senate is incapable of doing more than 1 thing at a time is setting a pretty low bar for acceptable competencies, right around truly pathetic.

It's all that will be in the news for however long it takes. Most of those senators are going to be too tied up with this to do anything else

The democrats promised a lot if they took control. It looks like a lot of Americans are expecting to be bailed out to survive. This does nothing for them.

How many more trillions of dollars can the US go into debt before we go bankrupt ??

National Guard to keep 5,000 troops in DC until March

Nation's original inauguration date has authorities concerned about the return of protestors

"As we continue to work to meet the final post-inauguration requirements, the National Guard has been requested to continue supporting federal law enforcement agencies with 7,000 members and will draw down to 5,000 through mid-March," the Guard said in a statement.

I see a trail by senate is not the same as a jury trail.

It's called a kangaroo court.

an unofficial court held by a group of people in order to try someone regarded, especially without good evidence, as guilty of a crime or misdemeanor. A kangaroo court may ignore due process and come to a predetermined conclusion.

It's not a trail, but a trial, and the entire Senate is the jury. The process is well defined.
