I had a dream last night that Highrail came up to visit me and the redhead. It would be cool if he were to make it on that weekend, and we could cruise out to Chickentown in Hev's ThunderWagon.

Hev, Your wife asked me for this:
Southern chicken spaghetti with chicken breasts, tomatoes, and cheese.
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed or shredded
12 ounce package linguine noodles
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Boil linguine until done. Mix together soup, broth, tomatoes. Layer in a baking dish: linguine, chopped chicken, soup mixture. Cover with the cheese and bake at 350° until cheese is melted.

Seroious, are you heading out to the Nearly World Famous Chickentown Steam and Gas Engine Festival? Let me know, I'll give ya a guided tour of the Stonycreek Valley, and that little place called Sand Patch!

(I'm the guy with the smallest steam engine at Chickentown each year, a Wilesco Ol' Smokey, that is about all I can afford to keep alive.)

Scooch has the big Fairbanks-Morse running, Jerry has got his oil field engine running really smooth, and Matt's even got an oil field engine ready to show.

Looking forward to a GREAT show this year!!!

BTW, it will take a year to get the Chicken Dump song out of your head!

And another thing, cool shots of the traction engine!

We have a guy up here that tries to plow with his Case, depending on the wetness of the fields out towards New Centerville.
Last year, it was just too wet, maybe this year.

I remember when I was living in chile and my dad was an Wine yard administrator, so every spring star like a holyday called "vendimia"

When I lived inChamebrsburg, I was usually burned out after Twin Bridge, so a trip to R&T was pretty much out.
