Malt: Alexander's Pale 9 lb.
Grain 1: Chocolate 1.5 lb.
Grain 2: Roasted .5 lb.
Hop 1: Yakima Magnum 1 oz.
Hop 2: Leaf Northern Brewer's 1 oz.
Yeast: White lab yeast, Irish Ale WLPxx

On April 7, 1933 prohibition was repealed and BEER was the first legal alcoholic beverage to start flowing again in the US. Let's celebrate with some American Beer!
